Inverness Rotary - Four Avenues of Service

The Rotary Club of Inverness has been able to partner with other local clubs, clubs elsewhere in the U.S. and clubs in other countries to fund and participate in projects.

Clean water for a village in Honduras has been an ongoing International Service project for the Citrus County clubs, as has contributions to Rotary International's Polio Plus campaign.

In 2009, the Rotary Club of Inverness, in cooperation with Project C.U.R.E., the Peace Corps, International Red Cross, and the Rotary Club of Burgas-Pyros facilitated the shipment of $400,000 worth of medical supplies to a hospital in Sredets, Bulgaria.
